Date: 2003-08-11 07:41 am (UTC)A whole what, dear? Much as I hate to admit it, a whole human being incorporates elements of both male and female, even me. We are all messes of internal contradictions and opposing dualities: male and female, old and young, self-interest and charity, stillness and motion. Different proportions, yes, but to be all of one side or of the other is be elemental, not human.
