Sounds like your sister is in a church that preaches prosperity gospel. I'll leave the googling up to you if you're not familiar with it, but I suggest directing her to another church if at all possible, perhaps sitting her down with a pastor from another one that isn't perpetuating that scam that can show her all the holes. Leaving her in there is highly unwise. Can talk to you more about it over IM if you want.
