I don't know if I'd quite agree with your designated punishment for someone who hangs wet drywall, an oxymoron if I ever heard one. I'd suggest maybe building a nice little hollow in one wall of a room and inviting him to stay there while it's covered up; tell him you've got a six-pack of Amontillado or somesuch waiting in there for him...
