cabbitzillaAfter an hour today on the phone with AT&T DSL Support with a very polite and thorough young man named 'Sid', I now have a trouble ticket number and have been escalated to Tier 2. In four hours, I'll be vanishing off the dial-up to call them back for a status update.
In the interim, the DSL modem's now been checked in every phone jack in the apartment, and the lines have been tested from their end. If I'm really lucky, I'll have my DSL service up in the next four hours. It would be a welcome reprieve.
Gaia's taking forever to load. *sigh* 'm gonna go play KoL for a while, I think.
