Okay, I try to avoid short bits, but this one is... just too wild.

Run, do not walk, run, to Apocalyptica.com... the website for what may well be the weirdest and most amazing heavy metal band in the world. A band that doesn't use guitars.

They use.... cellos. Yes, I'm serious. dansr, love, you in particular should find these guys amazing.

I'm awed.

If El Poopie Head didn't take the CD's with him, I believe I have most of their catalog if you'd like copies. If he did take them, well... I think I'll be getting their CD's again.

I've scavenged for mp3 downloads; they're one of the bands at the top of my 'get real cds' list. The others there are Tom Smith, Heather Alexander, Iced Earth, several Final Fantasy soundtracks, and KOTOKO. *peers at the list* Somewhere along the way, my already diverse musical tastes spread even further. *scratches her head* Well, it's a little late now to be worried about being a freak; I've made a lifestyle out of it. :p

Copies? Please. That'll hold me until we're out of SoulKiller and I've got some money to invest in legit copies.
