While I love Megan dearly, and while I recognize that she has had a pretty sheltered world view until the last couple of years, it's the HOUSE that's the problem! Now that you're focused on it, and working together, hopefully you can get it taken care of and out of your life within a decent amount of time. THEN we can move on and get you settled and happy somewhere...FINALLY! :)
And you know that if you ever need a break, and can get here, you've got someplace in Texas where you can hide from the trials and tribulations of the Money Pit.
