Now my standard for this kind of build is cost + 20%... which is a positively staggering amount. Almost as staggering as that blasted monitor he's wanting. Great Maker, that thing's expensive!

Anyway, cross your fingers that he's serious, and not just playing mind games with me. That $4k could get my mortgages caught up and enable me to do a bit of Christmas shopping.
