So much going on right now. I... will try to make a real post when I've sorted some of it out.

Hopefully 'sorting it out' won't require throttling my sister and her husband. Hopefully.

The thing about echinacea though is that you can't take it too long. It boosts your immune system, yes, but if you do that, it will wear itself thin, then out. It'd be like constantly on adrenaline-you'd just run out of energy.

Which I think makes the flower all the more appropriate. You tend to wear yourself thing trying to help others.
