It's not the firepower that's the issue, really; we're close to Fort Meade, and there's quite an arsenal there. The trick is whether the base has been overrun or not... and if not, whether they've got barricades up and are shooting anything that moves. I'd really rather not get my fat ass shot off by an overzealous MP if you know what I mean. I've been trying desperately to reach some friends on post, but haven't been able to get through. I've left emails at the addy's I know; I know they've got a cable modem, so the chances are decent they still have 'net. Shit, that's the loading bay...
