Honestly, I won't know until tomorrow. Since the knee is apparently not going to hold, I'm not sure if simply reattaching the shredded ACL is what Dr Nwaneri'll want, or if the cartilege is mauled badly enough to want to simply replace the joint. I... simply don't know.
Oddly, the idea of fully replacing the knee doesn't create anywhere NEAR the twitch that the concept of repairing the existing structure does... probably because I know too many folk who've had the repair done only to need it repeated several years later.
