Thanks to nightambre and ginkage, I was introduced to a lovely little widget: The Hero Factory. After tinkering for a bit, I settled in to get as close to Sunfire as I could. What I ended up with is... marginal, but acceptable. Brass may have a harder time (or may be easier given the variety of pants available)...
