Time Lapse
Dec. 15th, 2002 11:06 pmAnd posting lapse as well. Apologies to any who've missed me; the last week or so's been a bit rocky for me. So what else is new. :p
This won't be a long entry, either. I've got far too many things brewing in my head to be coherent here, but I wanted those with a penchant for worrying to not worry quite so much. I'm here. I'm surviving.
J&J are upgrading their computers and such, which left me with the wonderful windfall of a printer, scanner, and case... all of which were needed. After close inspection, the case has a 235w power supply which will be sufficient for the Kinpo mainboard and 650 processor. That machine may well end up and C&K's. Also in the small pile of stuff I got today is a Celeron 300 slot 1 processor, so I can finally find out if either of the Abit BE6 mainboards I have work. And I'm still trying to get the minitower Compaq Pressario working again... it's been quite resistant to my repair efforts. Maybe if I put down the screwdriver and picked up a large mallet...
*wry smile* Anyway. My cleaning still progresses, albeit much much slower than I would like. But I can see about half of my living room now, and that's an improvement. Well, aside from the fact that my computer promptly moved into the open spot.
I'm going to wander on. Maybe I can get something useful accomplished tonigh.
