If you want some help, call Windows Support (1-800-936-5700). If I recall correctly, they give you two free calls before they start asking for the moolah. (And then it's $35 per incident--3-4 calls on the same issue over the course of two days or something... for any Windows-related issues. Hardware, they might not do, but if Windows is FUBAR, call them.)
