So.... I kill myself? That has _GOT_ to be a result of a clumsy accident. Oy.

Anyway, there's not a hell of a lot going on here, at the moment. The bad knee is doing a little better today, thankfully, but I'm not willing to push it too much for fear of a repeat of yesterday. A one-stop shopping errand to get more laundry detergent became very interesting when the knee (wrapped and taped) still gave out and pitched me into a produce bin. One of the ones with the little sprinklers on it to keep the produce moist. That was on at the time. *sighs*

Anyway, it's been a quiet day. It's a prelude to a weekend I'll be spending mostly alone; Megan's got a reenactment event she's doing this weekend and will be gone for most of it. Aside from having to get up at 0600 to help her get dressed, I'll have the place to myself. It's a shame that I can't figure out if that's blessing or punishment, though; my will to 'do things' has really been at an all-time low of late. I'm guessing that's partly the lull between antidepressants... the Lexapro's effects are minimal after a week without it, and there's not enough of the Lamictal in my system to be at operational dosage. *shrugs* Given that I'm currently lamed, it's probably just as well.

I need to make sure I've got copies of the AMVs that're on the drives in the P-II 350 somewhere else... I'm thinking my project for the weekend will be to strip and completely reinstall it. Once it's running something a bit more stable/versatile than Mandrake Move I'll have a stronger machine back here to use as my primary. (For those wondering, Mandrake Move is a linux install on a cd, designed to just be popped in and booted. It uses KDE as the window manager and has a small assortment of applications... but locks the cd drive so that the boot cd can't be removed. Kinda annoying. :p)

Well, there's not much else to say at the moment.
