The ideas behind Neverwhere make a great RPG - but I fear the number of people who'll try to recreate London Below without having ever actually been to London.
Many American cities are too new to have much of a 'below', I think... I could very much imagine an Edinburgh Below.
I was actually talking about this with ringzero after he read Neverwhere. He couldn't find any reason why something like London Below couldn't exist... and he's a science geek...
