Darling, come here... fsck me up the *crash of synthesizers*...

Please forgive the rather indescrete opening; I've managed to head off the pain via musical focus, and at the moment it's Lords of Acid. The I Sit on Acid track, to be specific.

Four days of rain, now, and two more in the forecast are not doing me any favors. Yesterday's joyful mood was made possible by excessive fatigue; after sleeping I find I'm not exactly 'flying'.... though 'depressed' isn't applicable either. It's an 'I'm here. What do you want?' day.

<Thank you, Mister Morden.>

*closes her eyes as the Pussy remix cycles up in the playlist* Trance inducing psychodelic sex music. For someone without much of a libido, it gets a lot of odd looks. My new neighbors seem to like it, though. :p *thinks* Come to ponder, it was the prior owner of that house that was always calling the police on me. *relaxes*

The way to Eden.
Yeah, brother.

*wry smile* That's a reference that not many folks will catch, methinks. It's a bit on the obscure side. Anyway, moving right along. *pauses to set up Eudora* I've come to the conclusion that Mozilla Mail is NOT stable. Mail messages refuse to properly open in a new window; an issue I've -never- managed to correct. Sending an email with ANY sort of attachment will crash the mail program AND the browser two times out of five. God help you if you ever have an attachment (incoming -or- outgoing) that's bigger than 250k: It'll literally seize your entire system and hold you hostage until it decides it's 'processed' it. And if it was an outgoing message, IT NEVER ACTUALLY SENDS THE FSCKER!. It just vanishes into the ether, and utterly wastes your efforts.

So I downloaded Eudora. I've read numerous comments that lead me to believe it's a much better choice... but it doesn't support pulling over the already saved offline messages that're in Mozilla, only Outlook Express. Maybe Outlook Expresss can pull over the Mozilla stuff, and then I can pull it all into Eudora...

Maybe I should file that one under 'pipe dreams'.

Anyway, I'm gonna tiktok on out of here...

Lords of Acid is a good way to spend an evening.
Someday I'll be old enough to see them live.
