OK, that's officially worse than my accident this week. This week, I was in the server room helping someone screw some rails into a rack, and I stepped around to the back off the rack...
... and stepped into a hole where a floor tile had been moved. Strangely, I didn't realize I was falling and as soon as it happened, it took me a few moments to figure out why I was hip-deep in a hole in the floor.
It looks like there's no permanent damage... a big bruise on my calf and a smaller one on my arm. Anyway, your recounting of the Wal-mart experience makes me think "Well, my week could have been worse, at least I wasn't RUN OVER by a shopping cart!"
