I'm alive. I've unplugged the phone, after making sure that both folks working on making HFC get their head out of their ass knew how to contact me via email. It'll stay unplugged until a) I have the money to turn on caller ID here, or b) HFC gets a much needed enema and flushes their collective brain from their nether regions.
