So there's this file that a friend out west has been trying to send to me for days, and she's been stalling shutting down her broadband service trying to get this SOB to me.
The first attempt is killed by a power flux at my end somewhere around 75%.
Oh, by the way, AIM file transfers, at least ones using my client, won't resume interrupted downloads.
The second attempts get to somewhere around 60%, then gets killed on her end because of a client malfunction.
The third attempt, done last night, got killed on -my- end again, my client having done a crash-and-burn sometime after I passed out. *sigh*
*mutters more and fires up the client again*
Anyway. I'll be gone most of today; it's a birthday party for my niece down in Annapolis. I'll be dropping Megan off in Millersville and then hitting a store to try and find Lauren a gift (thank you, Crys). I'll be back when I can.
