At least this place gives you a co-signer option. I had no such luck with 4 different places I'd applied at a few years ago. A co-signer was not an option an neither was being a tenant at any of these places. My solution? We stayted in the same complex but moved to a less expensive apartment there. The whole reason we wanted to move was to save money.
