Addendum to the last post: I just got off the phone with my dad, who's back at the hospital. The docs think grandpa had a heart attack just a bit ago. Dad's outright forbidden me to come down tonight, given the condition he last saw me in. Something about having 'one well-loved old wreck in the hospital is a damn sight better than two'. Which means anything I do tonight is short term, as I need to be back at the hospital tomorrow.
