My euphoria at the good news from the physical therapy appointment seems to have created yet another episode of overdoing things; the pain woke me up this morning sharply enough that I jackknifed in bed and collided head first with the wall.
I'd been sleeping on my side. Ow.
Anyway, on with the show. Should any over you beIn Nomine fans, you might get a kick out of this. It provided more than a few giggles for me.

I had more nifty stuffus, but Firefox crashed on me (first time in almost six months) and it vanished. Ah well. G'nite, world.
