Logistics. Bleah.

Okie, I've got a logjam that's got me stymied:

• With me down half-to-three-quarters sick, Cry is having to stay away from me. Given the workload at her job, she simply can't afford to get sick... which not only takes away one of my primary helpers, it also puts the Explorer out of my grasp.
• I've got roughly a week and a half left to get the house emptied:
  • I'm going to be spending the bulk of the day today and Friday tearing through the addition, reboxing the good stuff, and staging it in the living room
  • Without the Explorer, I don't have a vehicle that's worth a damn for moving boxes and such
  • Sick, I've only got a couple trips up and down the apartment stairwell before I get swallowed by upchuckingness
• Megan's got sewing appointments scheduled for tonight, Friday night, and Saturday, and class Thursday night. This means my efforts at the house will be solo. Given what I'm going to be working with, this is not necessarily a bad thing.

Upshot of all of this is that I'll probably be able to make decent headway in the addition in the next couple days, but that I've got no way to get the resulting boxes from Glen Burnie to Columbia and up the stairs. And that.... has me completely stumped.

Ideas, anyone?

As for the addition, I collapsed just shy of the halfway mark, after creating a pile of trash at the curb that was larger than the Saturn we have. Fever broke this morn, and the only symptom remaining is some congestion, which will typically last all winter. What's killing me is the lack of breathable air... but I got far enough that when I dive back in on Friday, it'll be a matter of about 10 minutes freeing up the back window and tossing it open.

Tomorrow is a dead dolly day (because EVERYONE wants to be in 3D). Meaning I'm gonna sit on my butt and rub cream into my feet, hands, and elbows to try and tame the worst of the cold-aggravated psoriasis. The loss percentage has thus far stayed at about the 65% mark. *sigh*

Anywho, I seem to be over the flu-thing that knocked me over earlier this week.
