  • Hollywood should GIVE UP trying to make certain types of books into movies. This round, the book in question is Stephen King's Dreamcatcher; I just finished the book, and am APPALLED at how badly divergent the movie was. The movie was passable at best, the book -vastly- superiour (though still not his best work by far). *shakes her head* Just pathetic, really.
    • On a related but thoroughly different note, Dreamcatcher is NOT a good book to read when you're constipated, crampy, and gassy. Very creepy.
  • I'll plug this one again: Bunny!. I've no clue what the actual title is, as I don't read Korean (*sigh*). But it's -awfully- cute, and worthy of at least a look. And if any of my friends out there can /translate/ the thing for me, I'd be much obliged.
  • I am horribly disappointed in Sega... why? Because they've utterly bastardized Phantasy Star Online by turning it into a computerized CARD game. Grrr. They rehashed the artwork, ripped out the action-oriented RPG, and utterly disemboweled the original pioneer in MMORPG's. Bastards.
  • I'm still searching for Raimuiro Senkitan fansubs. My source seems to have dried up, and I just can't seem to wrap my brain around trying to download files from IRC.
  • Tomorrow I have to try and do the brakes on the Saturn. It's going to depend on finding someone local to play taxi driver; the rotors will need to be turned at the least, and possibly replaced. Unless I can find my jackstands, I've got to do it one corner at a time. :/ Someone local wanna come sit and supervise? o.0
  • *wozzles* I'm currently on the phone with someone who's even more relationship neurotic than I am. Zounds... when did I become a therapist? ;p
