So.... why won't my Athlon 650 with 640mb RAM and a 64mb DDR Radeon 7000 run it?

One of my neighbors is apparently quite pissed off about the state of my lawn; so far he's ranted at other neighbors but hasn't talked to -me-. Kinda irritating, since I've made the call to get it cut but just haven't been gotten to yet. If some punk hadn't stolen my lawnmower, I might've been able to do something about it myself.
