I've done a lot, God knows I've tried
To find the truth, I've even lied
But all I know is down inside

And Super Heroes come to feast
To taste the flesh not yet deceased
And all I know is still the beast
Is feeding.

And crawling on the planet's face
Some insects called the human race
Lost in time, lost in space
And meaning.

Thank you, God, for people who care. As my mood peaks out at a truly ecstatic high and then plummets straight down, the bleak is unable to lock my mind into the blackness... because there are people who understand. Because there are people who don't understand, but love me anyway. Because even in the depths, tonight I am well secure in the knowledge that I'm loved.
