You may have just lost foot size from as simple a reason as less water retention, Dear. When you were less active, you might not have been moving around as much and ended up with more fluid swelling in your feet/ankle area. That will increase your foot size. Now that you've been moving around more and, from earlier posts of yours, been eating better, you probably don't have as much fluid build-up and lost the shoe-size accordingly.
Then again, maybe you really are shrinking! :P
