Reminds me of the issues I've had with my mother's computer. I had it all protected, but they never updated or ran the programs I had installed, even though I left dates and instructions how and when.
They got it so full of porn (they being my brother and my mom's boyfriend), it about died. So I fixed it.
SO THEY KILL IT AGAIN. No, No I will NOT fix your computer, and if you blame this death on me using AIM over a year ago instead of, oh, I don't know, all the free porn the menfolk were looking up...JUST ONE MORE TIME...
But I digress. The poor computers. Just like some people can't take care of animals, some people can't take care of computers...
