The very first thing to check is the brass washers between the calipers and hoses. About half the time up here when we have to change a caliper, that darn washer doesn't seal; especially a new part to an old part. Next up would be a leaking line/hose and then an internal bypass in the master cylinder. Unless Fords are very different from GM's regarding bleeding procedures with an abs brake system, normal bleeding at each wheel will usually suffice in the case of line/hose/caliper/wheel cylinder replacement for getting the air out of the system.
