I don't know your exact situation, but I can dig your frustration. Suprisingly, one of my knuckles is cut from doing the same thing. From what it sounds like, it seems someone wasn't acting quite proper, and thats ALWAYS frustrating. Like you said, the only thing to do is keep moving.
This may be kinda rude, but are you a small person? It always seems to me small people have the biggest tempers. I'm really rather small, and I have a really big temper, and most of the people I know who are small have giant tempers too.
I apologise for coming out of the blue and bothering you, but you seem like an interesting person.
