Actually, it isn't a criminal offense. They picked you up to appear before a civil hearing. Seems the writers and producers of every Hollywood television and reality show are placing an injunction on you.

No matter how obscure, how strange, how outlandish a situation they could come up with, you would watch it and go "pfffff, been there, done that..."

They really, really, REALLY want you to stop that.
