It's a leftover from a build for a friend... who passed away the day before it was finished. :(
I'd been unable to get the board to run stable, so he got impatient and ordered a plainbox Intel main. He did the same thing with the video card, telling me to keep the leftovers if I wanted them. I did. I finally found a new BIOS for it and it solved the stability issues, so it's good to go now.
