No matter what else may or may not be going on, there ARE things to be bouyantly happy about:

The widescreen edition of Big Trouble In Little China is now a part of my movie collection. It's long been one of my 'Favorite 10' of all time, and is without a doubt my favorite John Carpenter film. What's not to like here? Kurt Russell, John Carpenter, Kim Cattrall, and Victor Wong... sorcery, black magic, Peterbuilts Freightliners, and Chinese mythology all colliding in a glorious blast of action and comedy.

And it's mine. So there. :p


... and I STILL think Kurt Russell's hot. Nyah!
