Five week follow-up to the surgery was today. Doctor Grosso was astounded with the healing that's occurred, and I've now been cleared to ditch the brace unless I get hit with pain (in which case a] put the damned brace back on, and b] immediately schedule an appointment). I doubt I'll need it, to be honest. The only time I've been using the brace for the last week or so was when I was driving; sudden loss of the leg while on the road could be detrimental to both vehicle and occupant(s).

It's not helping the fatigue that's dragging me down, though; I'm not sure how to remedy that. The short term solution is to go take a nap, which I'm headed for after this posts. But I've got an awful lot to do and nothing's being accomplished when I feel this rough. :/
