Finally got the time and focus to sit and watch the first episode of Rozen Maiden.
Upon conclusion, moved all three of my porcelain clown dolls OUT of my bedroom because they were staring at me... along with the deck of cards I'd been using to play solitaire.
I've got the first five episodes. Number six is coming down now via torrent (I do so love AnimeSuki), which will be followed by a larger torrent containing episodes seven through twelve. I'm seeing references to a 'Rozen Maiden 2' over at AnimeDB, but there's no information available about it as yet.
What's really odd.... JoAnn Fabrics had a four doll Easter set of 8" bisque porcelain dolls; from various sources (and completely unplanned, it seems) I ended up with one of each. One of them, face and hair, could be the Rozen Maiden number five, had she a dress like what's shown in the episode. Maybe I'll make one...
I wonder if I can find a second one of this, so I can keep the set and still customize one...

So, while it's wonderfully adorable to have you as such, Squeakers is much more clown-fixated. A latex-encased bunnygirl just isn't...HAPPY enough for her, I'm afraid *grins*
But don't you worry, Squeakers like everyone...she loves making new friends. What she makes them into, mind you, is a whole other story ;)
