Given my rather blasted state the last few days, it was on my list to do today.

When I rolled out of bed, the third light on the DSL modem was live... meaning someone was psychic and knew I was out for blood this time and fixed it overnight. :P Some mild wrangling was involved in prying the user ID out of support, but it's all good now. :p

I just have to try and get myself together to start yelling at billing, now.

I have never, and likely WILL never, think of you as 'an annoying spiteful jerk'... and you should know that by now. AIM has been giving me heartburn for about a week now, but from what I'm seeing on my client's website a patch should be out to address the problem in a day or so.
