More of the minor details taken care of, now. There's a new vacuum in the trunk of the Saturn to go to the apartment; my 'issues' with the Electrolux we got as a wedding gift in '98 are the things legends are made of, and have been ranted about in this journal. There're a few items of furniture that needed to be looked at and priced, but until we start moving the existing gear into the apartment, there's no way to know what the true needs are.

I'm tired and worn; tomorrow morning we pick up the keys for the apartment. My attempts to borrow the 15 passenger van my sister has fell through, leaving me with just the Saturn (a two door coupe) to move things with. *eyes the sofas* I'm not sure a chainsaw and flamethrower would make some of this stuff fit.

*rubs her temples* It'll sort out. Gotta be a way. I want out of this house. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go frag things in RO. SOMETHING needs to die. Repeatedly.

Boo for problems with moving...

But a big yay for collecting the keys, and moving out of that house.

It's such an important first step - it's wonderful to see you take it.
