Out of patches. That's a problem. Pain -PLUS- DTs is a bit more than I can handle. My appointment is Friday, but I can't do three more days like this; I'm going to have to ask Megan to take a halfday and try and get more for me; bad because she's already taking off for my appointment Friday and that's going to further short her checks in a month that's already been very very bad.

I simply don't see any other way, and I'm a total wreck at the moment.
