*sigh*
In spite of the fact that vertigo, nausea, ladders, and being on the roof in the rain don't easily mix, it was necessary. Sending Megan up would have been pointless; she doesn't have any idea what I'm looking for, and isn't strong enough to do the 'while your silly ass is up there' task.
The roof is leaking, right at the edge, just -before- the gutter. If I can get a couple of dry days in a row, I'll get my big behind back up there and try to slap it back together with some roofing cement. At the moment, there's a large bowl positioned under the leak to try and prevent any further damage to the window framing, wall, and carpet.
It's irritating, but I think it's fixable. But it's irritating. Grr.
