Never ship via DHL. Total Fail.
It took me two tries to get a rep who knew what the hell she was doing; I'm now waiting for a call from the 'Executive Response Team'. The idiot of a driver left my box at my apartment door, in spite of corp policy to -never- do that. In the meantime, I'm still missing my order and lack the fundage to simply order more and have UPS deliver it instead.
It should be noted that there've been 'issues' with UPS in the past as well.
I'm not happy.
