It's a visual networking model. Names in brackets are people who also have MindMaps done. The larger the name, the more connections can be made from you and the people you're friends with... basically a ring of first person contacts. Smaller type names are people who are friends of 2 or more of your friends, and so on out.

What I find interesting is the quadrant of my Map that you appear in; typically those folks are role players that either do online or tabletop gaming. :p You hiding interesting tidbits about yourself again? :)
