*gales of laughter*

ONLY in a kaiju film can following a couple of fairies into a dark corner and getting wet lead to anything other than hot boi/boi loving.

That is all.

I really ought to fix that. You don't know the fun you're missing, love. :)

This doesn't have to anything to do with anything, but I always liked the noise the Mothra larva thingies made when they shot cocoon stuff.

It's mostly me being a huge geek with a very strange sense of humor, sweetie. 'kaiju' is a film sub-genre; it's otherwise known collectively as Godzilla or RSM (rubber suited monster) films. They're (mostly) silly and fun, filled with lots of stupid people doing amazingly stupid things and subsequently getting squished/toasted/eaten by the justifiably upset title critter. I adore kaiju films; my passion is fed through my constant scrounging and gifts from [livejournal.com profile] m_masque, who shares this rather odd passion with me.

The film in question is Gojira tai Mosura tai Mekagojira: Tokyo S.O.S. (Godzilla X Mothra X Mechagodzilla: Tokyo S.O.S.), one of the newer entries in the category since it's only 2 years old. There's a sequence where one of the smarter human co-stars is aided by a pair of mythical beings (fairies, in the classic rather than derogatory sense); he follows them into a very dark little space where water is dripping. Hence: following two fairies into a dark corner and getting wet without the boi/boi luvin. :)

Yes, sweetie, I know I'm strange. :)
