Yes, I'm trying for a more consistent use here again. Given Wednesday's addition to my current load, I'm hoping folks will forgive me for my less than stellar perusing of other's entries; this is mostly for myself, so I've got the link when I talk to my mom next.
That said, it may interest some of the folks that (used to) read my journal:
While it's a pity that this clarity didn't exist the near 40 years ago that I came out of the pipe, at least it looks promising that others won't need to deal with the path I've walked. That alone is enough to be cheered for. My surprise comes from seeing this in a mainstream newspaper... to my knowledge, articles like this have only really appeared in trans/intersexed focused publications, medical journals, and the like.
I wonder how long it'll take the Dictator in Chief to start introducing bills forbidding this kind of research.
As for me, I'll likely be spending tonight deeply enmeshed in RO again. A few folk know who/where to find me, and that's where I'll be.
