A very long and restless night. I don't have the option of trying for actual sleep now - non-holiday Mondays include a pair of doc appointments, the first of which is in a bit over an hour. I'm attempting to get myself alert enough to drive. Given the load I'm currently running under, I'm not looking forward to the therapy group at 4...
